1. Try Your Wedding Outfits. What's the point of all the dieting and hitting the gym if you aren't going to keep trying your outfits on ? 5. Eat healthy ! A healthy meal in the morning of your wedding day is very important to keep you working. Make sure to add protein and carbs in your breakfast, as they take time to break down and hence, will help you to sail through the rest of your day quite easily. |
6. NO Parties the Night Before Your Wedding Celebrations. Yes, you are excited about getting married and want to stay up all night partying with your friends however they don't have to face a lifetime of wedding photos - you do ! Avoid drinking the night before your wedding and try to get as much sleep as you can !
