At our last wedding, we served Papri Chaat in Martini Glasses. Or think of serving crudites in shot glasses layered with assorted dips ? Or how about cocktail idlis with chutney shots ? Your bar team can provide the glassware and your canapes will be the talk of the party !

Chaats are the talk of any Indian wedding. Chefs have started serving Vodka Paani Puri for a while now but what about trying various flavoured water for the paani puri ?
