Bring out the Glassware
At our last wedding, we served Papri Chaat in Martini Glasses. Or think of serving crudites in shot glasses layered with assorted dips ? Or how about cocktail idlis with chutney shots ? Your bar team can provide the glassware and your canapes will be the talk of the party !
Anything On A Stick
Kitsch Chaat
Chaats are the talk of any Indian wedding. Chefs have started serving Vodka Paani Puri for a while now but what about trying various flavoured water for the paani puri ? The Little Food Company has a killer Pani Puri with thai flavoured water. Get imaginative and have a kala khatta water, watermelon flavoured water and lots more ! Why not serve a dahi chaat or sev puri in ramekins for that understated cool look ?
Deliciously Decadent Desserts
Who doesn't love Indian sweets ? We are all about serving traditional Indian desserts in a contemporary manner. Think gulab jamuns in cocktail glassses or paan flavoured cheese cakes or even dal halwa 'truffles'.
All this food has got our tummies rumbling !! What are you planning to serve at your big event ?
Appetizers on a stick = no mess on the guests !! We've spotted Fruit Kebab Skewers; Caprese Salad Pops and even chicken tikka on a stick (with the sauce served in a shot glass)
